We work closely with the trial team on the key concepts you want to present to the jury. Our graphic artists then create the type of exhibit that best fits your key concepts; whether it is a trial board, electronic graphic, 3D animation, etc.
Scanning needs vary from one job to another. In addition, turnaround times and costs will depend on the nature of the project.
- Light litigation: Very few staples and paper clips, the documents are basically ready to auto-feed
- Medium litigation: Several staples and clips, or the documents are bound with tabs or organized by file folder
- Heavy litigation: Many staples, binder clips, and sticky notes that need to be removed and then reattached after scanning
- Hands on glass: Complex jobs consisting of documents that cannot be broken apart, specific pages from many books, and other items that require our scanners to manually place each item on the scanner
We use a combination of several different programs, depending on your presentation objectives. Programs we commonly use are Sanction, Trial Director, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and 3D Studio Max.
We tape using broadcast-quality cameras, and we shoot video digitally. Our editing suites include AVID systems, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
Applications and data are hosted on servers in our centrally managed data center where they are secured, supported, maintained, and upgraded. Our online staff is fully trained to prevent malicious computer-hacking techniques. We have multiple firewalls, secure socket layers, and 128-bit encryption to protect your case information.

In our Memphis building, we have video conferencing suites, executive office space, a full-scale courtroom, and conference rooms.
